The PI Learning Indicator™ measures the ability and pace at which a person will respond to new information, changing situations and problems in the workplace. You can be more confident that your new employee will grasp new information quickly and can meet or exceed expectations.

This is a scientifically validated method of measuring general mental ability. The broad-based online survey is based on numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning. The test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions which are a balanced mix of question types and difficulty levels designed to address the perception and processing skills of the candidate.

The assessment is available in more than 70 languages and takes only 12 minutes to complete. When the candidate has completed the questionnaire their score is calculated instantly and is immediately accessible by the test administrator.
