Robin Wood, Owner of Predictive Advantage S.A

With more than thirty years experience in international business and industry, Robin has worked extensively all over the world, consulting with many of the largest and most influential companies in Europe, Middle East, Asia and North & South America.

 

Sarah Tyreman, Operations Director

Sarah's day to day responsibilities include management of the Predictive Advantage training and seminar coordination team, and all related customer service enquiries. She maintains our bespoke Customer Relationship Management System and coordinates the organisation of all new client agreements and contracts.

Sarah has been with Predictive Advantage since 2004 and is the person to contact for all of your customer related enquiries.

Caroline Gibson, Financial Director

Caroline is responsible for the management of our finances,  overseeing the accounts team and all accounting functions.

She works closely with her team to ensure that all customer enquiries regarding invoices are answered promptly and will make every effort to arrange that our invoices meet your external third party supplier needs.

An original member of Predictive Advantage’s team, Caroline has managed the accounts department since the Harrogate offices opened back in 2004.

Brigitte Roth, General Manager

Brigitte has worked with large international companies in human resources & client management and works in four languages. She has been with Predictive Advantage for over 20 years, first in Switzerland, then in the UK and is currently general manager for the holding company in Switzerland.

Sabine Robinson, Marketing Manager and Seminar Coordinator

Sabine is a German native and has over 20 years of experience in project management. She has been with Predictive Advantage since 2011. Sabine manages all marketing activities at Predictive Advantage including brand development, regular client communications,  social media projects, content creation and the management of the growing online PI community of analysts and prospects.

Sabine holds the Certificate in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

As a Seminar Coordinator she continues to offer administrative support to the Associates and Consultants. She is also the main contact for SSAT (Sales Skills Assessment Tool) related projects.

Katherine Leech, Accounts Assistant

Katherine has been a member of the Accounts team at Predictive Advantage since June 2013.

She is responsible for calculating associates’ commissions, monitoring monthly targets and administering UK VAT returns.

Katherine graduated from Newcastle University with a Law degree, and in her spare time enjoys travelling.
